Monitoring Service Containers |

Before you begin this task:
You must have the role of systemAdmin or organizationalAdmin to monitor Service Containers in an organization.
By monitoring Service Containers, you can keep track of the status of the Service Containers configured for the organization.
- On CUSP > My Applications, click
(System Resource Manager) . The System Resource Manager window appears and lists the available Service Containers in the Service Containers App Palette.
Note:
Alternatively, you can clickto view the existing Service Containers.
- Right-click a Service Container and you can perform one of the following actions:

Start a Service Container
Select Start choice.
The Service Container is started and status icon changes to
.
Stop a Service Container
Select Stop choice.
The Service Container is stopped and the status icon changes to
.
Restart a Service Container
Select Restart choice.
The Service Container is restarted and the status icon changes to
.
Reset a Service Container
Select Reset choice.
The Service Container is reset.
Delete a Service Container
Select Delete choice.
A dialog box asking for confirmation of the action is displayed. Click OK to delete the Service Container.
View Log details of a Service Container
Select View Log choice.
Log Viewer dialog box is displayed, indicating the log details. Refer to Log Viewer Interface for more information.
View error details
Select Show Error Details choice.
Error Details dialog box is displayed, indicating the configuration error details (if any) of a Service Container.
Clone a Service Container
Select Clone Service choice.
Clone Service dialog box appears. Refer to Clone Processor Configuration Interface for information on the details to be specified in the dialog box.
Modify Service Container details
Select Properties choice.
Properties - <Service Container Name> App Palette is displayed at the bottom. Refer to Service Container Configuration interface for more details.
